Frequently Asked Questions

We have a team dedicated to place bids and guide you through the entire process.

We sure can! Our team of professionals will help you purchase and export your vehicles to your country.

Unfortunately, we do not offer storage reimbursement.

In order to pick up your car from the auction, we will need the following information:

  • Gate Pass: This document is usually a requirement from Manheim to pick up a vehicle after-hours from the guard shack.
  • Buyer Number: Required for both IAAI & Copart.
  • Lot Number: Inventory number for the vehicle being picked up.
  • VIN: The full 17 digits or the last 6 are required for verification.

A car that doesn’t start at any point in the transport process is considered non-running. If this is the case, a winch is used to get the car on and off the trailer.

A vehicle that has collision damage and doesn’t roll, will need to be loaded by a roll-back tow truck or a forklift. When picking up a vehicle at a salvage auction, a forklift is generally available. Additionally, an adequate size forklift will also be necessary at the time of unloading.
