We have a team dedicated to place bids and guide you through the entire process.
Can you ship to my country?
We sure can! Our team of professionals will help you purchase and export your vehicles to your country.
Do you cover storage fees?
Unfortunately, we do not offer storage reimbursement.
What information do I need to transport a car from an auction?
In order to pick up your car from the auction, we will need the following information:
- Gate Pass: This document is usually a requirement from Manheim to pick up a vehicle after-hours from the guard shack.
- Buyer Number: Required for both IAAI & Copart.
- Lot Number: Inventory number for the vehicle being picked up.
- VIN: The full 17 digits or the last 6 are required for verification.
What if the car has mechanical issues?
A car that doesn’t start at any point in the transport process is considered non-running. If this is the case, a winch is used to get the car on and off the trailer.
What if the car has collision damage?
A vehicle that has collision damage and doesn’t roll, will need to be loaded by a roll-back tow truck or a forklift. When picking up a vehicle at a salvage auction, a forklift is generally available. Additionally, an adequate size forklift will also be necessary at the time of unloading.
